Nice. I got a 1000 gamer score on COD 4, took me awhile to beat on Vet, and yeah Mile High Club on Vet was insane, took me like 4 hours to beat.
Last game I beat was Batman, got 100% on it. 950 Gamerscore. Missing only 50 beat game on hard which I probably wont do.
I give Batman 8.5/10
Just wish it was a bit longer.

last completed was probably FEAR 2 (or did RE5 come out after?) ... got pretty close to finishing batman but managed to not pick that up again after the initial few days.
and yeah, finished COD4 on both PC and x360... lol, probably the last PC game I finished before giving up PC gaming too.

Completed COD 4 on veteran 2 or 3 days ago. And today I'll be finishing COD 5 on veteran aswell in a little while. Only got the last bit to do of the last level and I'm done with the piece of crap.
COD4 on veteran = great game. The epilogue was easy for me. I really enjoyed the mile high club level on veteran and had it done withint 6 or 7 attempts. The hardest level for me was no fighting in the war room which took 2 or 3 hours for me to get through. Stakeout was a bitch aswell for me. There was one house that I couldn't get near which was right near the start of the level and turned out to be the house that Al-Asad was in. No matter how many air strikes I called in I just couldn't clear the MG gunners in the windows and also outide in order to get close to it without being torn apart. Still, great game on veteran. 10/10 from me aswell.
COD5 on veteran = terrible. Over the top grenade spamming with pinpoint accuracy by the AI. Stupid squad mates who push you out of cover to take up your position and get you killed frequently. They will not move if you need to get past them and often block your escape from grenades. Also, I find that my character frequently gets stuck on something small, such as a branch..or a brick. WTF? Which pobviously gets you killed (usually by a grenade). I fucking hate this piece of shit game. I'm only forcing myself to finish it because I don't want to give into it, but Treyarch can fuck off. They really needed to play test this thing some more. It could have been so much better.

[360]Brutal Legend 3/5
If it weren´t for it being a metal game it would have scored lower. The only adictive part is to please the metal gods in various missios, to be able to upgrade stuff. Just that it isn´t very fun doing so.
[360]Operation Flashpoint:DF 4/5
Played thru half the game now. Sometimes it´s pretty nonrealistic, with ai soldiers behaving very strange, but other times while sneaking around in the night, with a helicopter hoovering above somewhere, the game feels very sharp. Also there is bugs here and there, which is anoying. Played some mp yesterday and that seemed cool as well.

Haha.. I also had trouble with no fighting in the war room, only because the game REFUSED to give me a check point after fighting through the cargo room right after you walk down the stairs. I would clear that room so many times and it wouldn't give me a checkpoint... bastards.
Finally when it gave me a check point I didn't have much else trouble with that level.

Ugh, lol, I still have to do this game, I have most of the achievements outside of all the veteran stuff.. Will probably get started over the next couple days. It makes me sad to even begin thinking about the grenade spam lol...

I just completed Defense Grid (XBLA). Managed to rack up 170/200 gamerscore.
It's a tower defense game and the first and only one I have ever played. Visually it's very nice, but the differences between towers are hard to see when zoomed out. There are three zoom levels of which only the fuly zoomed out is useful. It's criminally addicting, very well balanced and 'the voice' that guides you is brilliant. I would rate it 87/100 and definitely recommend the trial to everyone.

The checkpoints in no fighting in the war room are timed and you have to get to each one within a certain time in order to get it. I only found this out afterwards although I did actually get all of the checkpoints in time luckily which helped. If I had had to start that level all over from scratch every time or even from the staircase I think I would have ended up hanging myself
With regards to COD5, it starts out OK. Pretty difficult as you would expect as it's on veteran but by the time you hit burn 'em out it gets crazy with the grenades and from there on out it just gets worse and worse. The AI are so accurate from so far away with them that it is unreal. You can be covering behind something tight up against it and a grenade will land on top of your cover and trickle over the edge to land between you and what you are hiding up against. It happens all the time. That's how accurate they are.
I think that Im ont he very last section of the very last level now and believe me when I tell you that when I finish it today I'm going to throw the disc in the bin. That's how much I hate it.
EDIT: That's it. I finished World at War on veteran. I have never in all of my life been so happy to see the end of a game before. I'll never play it again.

Come on man... ;p
Ok, if I stretch my imagination I can almost begin to comprehend no moving while shooting, fine, I'll give him that one...
BUT, no KNIFE while moving? Fuck that. There's no excuse.

Nowadays I dont play games, I just burn them to Disks. So last game I "burned" is Forza 3. Sucks that nothing got released today, so I have nothing to burn, might have to download Brutal Legend and/or Wet, since I missed burning those!!!!

That's all kinds of awesomeness. Seems like the ability to just grab any game at any time makes them less worthwhile than actually purchasing at times.

totally agree!!! I value my PS3 game collection more than my wii and 360 collection just cause I paid money for the games, not neccessarily because they are better games!!!

well that's just fukn stupid
so if u had 2 cars, one is ferrari 360 for example that u paid shitload and another is bugatti veyron which u got for free, u would consider ferrari better vehicle over all and drive it any day instead? u either a chick or your logic is simply broken
i finish every game i leech if i find it interesting, then again i don't leech something that i don't find interesting, most of the time, has nothing to do with the purchasing and shit like that
finished recently
on pc Red Faction G, Batman AA, Fear reborn
on 360 came from repairs and currently playing Brutal Legend, NFS Shit while waiting for F3 naturally
so even if i had a ps3 i would've treat games on it that i payed for more than 1 euro per disk same way as i do for the mentioned above, too bad it looks and runs like shitzor and $ony has worst tech support for their expensive shit ever, at least m$ fags admitted and gave extra couple of years, plus u can do repairs yourself, most of the time , if ps3 is broke it is broke, can also happen during simple fw upgrade , otherwise i'd get one

I like your analogy...comparing 50 buck videogames to million dollar cars. I am sure economics would be a whole different subject if we could extrapolate all situations like Mortibus does.

Slowly working my way through Batman, I'm loving it tho, trying to get every riddle ...... got at least 10 games stacked up to play, and as the games are coming thick and fast at the moment, the list will get bigger and bigger.
Last game finished would have been X-Men Wolverine ....... which I actually really liked
Makes a change for big movie names games being actually good

Gears of War 2 - 8/10 *i think*
I really liked how even if you hadn't played for a bit you could jump right back in. Also, was a really fun game, nothing too out of the ordinary for a shooter, but it actually kept me coming back for more.
