Releasing something already done on newsgroups isnt a dupe. By releasing something onto a newsgroup it will not be traded on sites, and so it cannot be a dupe on those sites. By preing properly on sites a release may well be LEAKED onto newsgroups, but not necessarily. Sites and newsgroups are totally different things.
