So, I just bought a Coolermaster HAF932 case and shifted by system into the new case.

I have an audigy 2 zs, and it is playing up now, system freezes, doesn't detect the card(detects it sometimes) and shit.

The AC97 connectors are for the case ports arent they ?
I haven't connected any "audio" wires to the mobo. They only thing I did was plug in the audigy card and thats it.

Are the problems cause of not connecting the ac97 cable to the mobo?

mobo is asus p5b deluxe.

thanks

My first guess would be that the card isn't seated properly. Try to make sure it sits nice and tight on the mobo.

I mean, you say it only detects it *sometimes*, so wtf.

Yeah, my initial thoughts as well.

The screwless design ain't holding the card properly, I'll screw it in place and see whats happenin.

sometimes it takes a extra little push while holding a card in the slot to get it to click down and hold properly.
