A 100% pre-order for me. I hope they add this new stuff and more and expand on everything the Witcher had to effer. The footage looks gorgeous, esspecially for an alfa build. And it seems there'll be war this time. Yay! The atmopshere of that camp is simply devastating...

I bought Witcher becouse it is PL game and I am PL myself, so I felt some kind of need to support national developer. But for about 29$ I got 4 dvds (game + how it was made + blabla) and a lot of paper docs, so It was quite cheap too. And totally kicked my butt. This one is must buy for me too if they keep high standard of the 1st one (price+content).

CDProjekt told one of the Polish game sites that the trailer was 6 months old. They are currently looking for a publisher and a leaked footage is a side effect of these actions.

I downloaded the first edition of The Witcher but I never finished it. A couple of weeks ago I bought the extended version from Steam and it is truly an amazing game. I'm very excited about The Witcher 2.
I spend maybe 100hrs on the first one, searched every part of the map, every quest (with the decisions i made), talked with every person there is, and made 10000000000 potions xD...one og the best games i've ever played

Oh man, I really, truly can't wait for this. Even in the Alpha build the post effects looked wonderful. Obviously the voice work was terribly goofy but they probably just had the Polish actors perform it before it gets a loacalised released.
Witcher was perfectly balanced if you played on Hard, then you had to research and find weaknesses for every creature and make those lotions, potions, whatever that go on your sword, hopefully it will be similar here.
I played the first witcher for ... 10 minutes? Then deinstalled it. Either my computer was way to slow, or the fucking game buggy as hell. I couldn't do anything and my character acted totally weird... maybe some crack triggers?

Agree. I played the original all the way through, back when it had 5 minute loading times and even crashed quite often. I just restarted the game, and kept plugging along. Can't wait!
I need this now! I will never regret buying the Limited Edition of the first Witcher, and the game only got better after the release of the Enhanced edition mega patch

Hmm, one problem with the video. I know it's only an Alpha, but that is not the same voice for Geralt as in the original. Hope this is just a place filler for the real voice actor.
But... I know it's really fucking stupid and nitpicking... but WTF is wrong with Geralt's hair? I liked them in the first game when they were loose, but here they are... pretty strange.
ALSO he NEVER wore a ponytail in any of the books, never. He only wore a sweatband once so that hair won't fall on his eyes during the fight.
