Anyone else tried this one? cant get it working at all. says im missing a directx file even though DirectX is installed on my pc.

Someone sent me a link to DirectX SDK, why in the world would I need to install a SDK to play a game?? that is crazy. All my other DirectX9/10 games work fine. So is that what I need the 89 meg direct X SDK off MS's site?
