I used to play Emporios CS:S whith the cracked steam.dll´s.

Now to the problem, when I try to start the original Steam it says "Steam is already running". But there is no sign of Steam anyware but in Taskmanager/Processes. There Steam.exe is running.

I´ve tried to reinstall Steam but I get the same message.

I bought the HL2 on DVD and installed the original game, but I can´t play it because I can´t run Steam.

Tried that and then restart Steam but no steamlogin window. But again Steam.exe in "running" in taskmanager.

I´ve tried to uninstall Steam and in register removed all steamfiles that i found.

Then I reinstalled Steam but get the same message "Steam is already running"
