It's especially noticable when characters are talking. Its like every character talk with two voices. Its like they're talking from inside a tunnel or something.
Anyone know of a fix?

dude, im getting the exact problem. it does sound like they're talking in a tunnel. it's so annoying. i heard this game is riddled with bugs.

What are these enviromental effects?
