Meh, it's pop/alt, not trip-hop likemassive attack, not portishead - far from it. Definitively not chillout, which I listen to in buckets.

it's the kind of music that gives you that nice warm fuzzy feeling inside, but imo it's far from what i'd call chillout.

anyway, thx for posting it. just sucked it down and it's awesome so far Smile

you should really check out the similar artists page at last.fm (if you haven't already) - especially marina & the diamonds and little boots make good stuff too that falls right into the same bucket.

btw, when it comes to chillout music: kruder and dorfmeister, especially the k&d sessions. awesome shit, even after all those years Very Happy

yeah man, a page from my own musical taste book right there Very Happy

I recommend you check out Frou Frou if you like Florence. Imogen Heap and her have very similar powerful vocals and lyrics. Worth a checkout. Imogen heaps solo albums are great but something about the music on the Frou Frou stuff is just much better.

hmmm this is pretty mediocre at best on vocals,,, the last video wgem u showed in first post made me think of eastenders and "RICKKKYYY!!!"

not sure about florence and the machine but probably more florence and zebedy.... boooiing said zebedy,,, piss off said florence... Very Happy

I like chillout music but this to me is not chillout music, not far off but not quite there...

If I was to offer some chillout music id have to perk up and say something like Zero7
