you should really check out the similar artists page at last.fm (if you haven't already) - especially marina & the diamonds and little boots make good stuff too that falls right into the same bucket.
btw, when it comes to chillout music: kruder and dorfmeister, especially the k&d sessions. awesome shit, even after all those years

I recommend you check out Frou Frou if you like Florence. Imogen Heap and her have very similar powerful vocals and lyrics. Worth a checkout. Imogen heaps solo albums are great but something about the music on the Frou Frou stuff is just much better.
