This is not even in the painkiller series of games so how can it be the last. Done by the people who made the expansions to painkiller not people can fly.
If anything Painkiller: Resurrection will be the last but even that aint done by PCF.

Quick Thoughts:
Okay, played for around 20 minutes or so and have to say not bad, not bad at all. Standard "painkiller/serious sam/will rock" clone. Looks like an old engine so the graphics are Good but not great, low poly textures on some enemies while others look nice, especially the walking spider Boss thing. Weapons look nice and are so far effective at dealing out some damage. Physics don't seem to shabby either. Think it might get boring real fast though, time will tell.
Overall first impressions are mmmm not bad for some mindless creature killing, not gonna be everyone's cup of tea though. Would have been better if they had put coop in though.

but i didnt get it what the bars in the upper left and lower right mean, and what are for those orange bubbles that u pick up...the red ones are for life, but orange ?
