Ok, Just reinstalled GTA 4 (from razor), install all the updates and again the latest version crack (from razor) As I was trying to config my graphics, I noticed it wouldn't allow me to put everything on max. I googled the problem and it said I had to create a shortcut with -norestriction and -nomemrestriction as arguments. I did it and although I was able yo put some graphics on max, It will still block me when I try to max out the shadows. anyone has a fix to fully unblock GTA 4 graphics settings?
