I used to get full speeds from them when getting patches now both sites I can't ever get above 200, usually runs at about 150-180
|

bigdownload has amazing speeds, been using it for like half a year and always max out my connection, there was never a time where a speed would decrease or anything like that.

Well, Filefront just recently went independent after being dumped by their parent company, Ziff Davis (remember when they said they were shutting down, and everyone thought it was an April Fool's joke?).
They really dodged a bullet by managing to stay in business at all, so I'm glad that they managed to keep going. I can understand that, now that they're on their own, they might be having a little more trouble keeping up...
Correcting people since 2007 even if they're not wrong.

Fileshack is good, when you just register on their site you get 700kb/s. And without registering 500kb/s.

Demos, patched, clients, trailers. If it isn't on the one, it's on the other.
The only thing that is good about FileFront is that it has a lot of mods on it (through the various ***files mod-sites).

If you do a regular download yes. If I hit the max download button and use their manager, I get several MB a second.
