So I decided to give the expansion a try and simply pirate it using my retail copy of spore with it. But I am having some major problems.
Whenever I launch the game I get a notified that a new patch is available but when I download that patch it says my current version is up to date.
More importantly are the problems with gameplay. Whenever I start a adventure my creature floats in the air and doesn't do any animation when moving around.
I can't seem to seem to interact with NPCS other than to talk to them as well. For example I am on a adventure where I have to talk to a NPC named "lotta pipes" After talking to her I cannot do anything with her at all. Making the game unplayable.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
