Hello guys, i remember seeing a thread about getting a game stuck in drive when the ps3 no longer powers up. i was playing mw2 last nite with my m8, and his ps3 overheated. Hes tried turning on today, and its fucked, wont even power on!! how does he get the disk out? as hes just brought a new ps3 and he wants to play mw2 lol
and i thought only the 360s were unrealiable Rolling Eyes

lol. Is your mate twobells? Seems to have been a spate of PS3 problems this month on here - perhaps it's the chilly weather. I don't know what you'd do to be honest, though the other thread by twobells suggested there was a technique for emergency ejection of the disc (which reading google basically consists of holding down the eject button for however long it takes - up to a couple of minutes). If his PS3 was overheating (especially in this weather) then there's probably something wrong with it.

nah not twobells, lol. yea the only way ive seen is taking it apart. he does rape it everyday tho Very Happy
