'Recourse to a judicial court is not possible for the first two steps of the procedure, and the last step is not stoppable by judicial recourse. The charge of the proof is on the connection owner.'

Napoleonic law, says it all......

wow, i didnt know that. Throwing out "in dubio pro reo" for that. Not that it is much different in germany though, but file-sharing cases usually dont go to court here...

Sometimes I am glad to live in a third-world country where government corruption and illegal settlements keep the police busy, while we do what matters most - download 1080p movies. Laughing

Well it actually means they ask the people for an opinion on something and then ignore it and blame the people for answering 'wrong'. A bit like the 'Lange Wapper'

the best one was on the university here. They did a referendum on forcing professors to wear a toga on every PhD defense they attend. Our faculty voted 70% no, but they enforced it anyway, blaming that the faculty answered it wrong Rolling Eyes

Compared to other 3rd world countries, israel is actually doing pretty well. conditions of life are actually much better, well except for the mortar fire each morning.

Living in a 3rd world country is by far more relaxing than living in Israel, except some flying gunshot here and there

Muhahah, says who? Mr. Yankee Doodle? Europe is beautiful, because we earn a lot of money and pay more taxes than Americans.

Don't get me started on the US, with its dilapidated infrastructure (nice holes in the road), lack of health insurance, and trailer parks. I mean the US electricity grid is still mostly above the ground on wooden poles, that is so 18th century!
