OK, so i've recently really got back into gaming (i go through stages). I've just completed the SP of MW2 and have played 2 days of MP - love it - level 44 now!
Anyway, next I plan to do some spec ops, however I dont think this will keep my attention much.
I really want to get into a game - get hooked, etc. Here are my options:
Wii - Twilight Princess - I've played about 3 hours into this, enjoyed it alot but just lost interest. Would love to go back and fully get into it as much as I loved Ocarina on the N64!
PS3 - Metal Gear Solid 4 - I've played over half of this, and loved it. It was fantastic. Not really sure why I stopped playing, no excuses - It was great. I'd like to get back to this and finish it before the next one comes out!
X360 - BioShock - I played about 1/3 of this and really enjoyed it, but I played it on my noisy heat producing 360. If i were to play this again, I think i'd be tempted to buy for PS3 for £10 or something and start again. Was a fantastic game and I really enjoyed it, did get a bit annoyed / bored at times, but i'd love to finish it before BioShock 2 comes out.
X360 - Dead Space - Similar to BioShock above, I want to finish this before Dead Space 2. LOVED the audio and really didn't play enough of this - maybe 1/5th. I remember thinking this game was amazing when I played it, right up my street... would love to finish this again (would also want to play on PS3 so would need to buy for £10)
Or something else? Other games i've got but not completed included resistance 2 (got about 1/2 way through before getting involved in MGS4). I've got most good games so if you cannot decide on my next game from the above list, why not make a different suggestion?
I am not a fan of RPG or MMOPG except Zelda which I enjoy for some reason.
Cheers!

Dead Space for sure! Blacked out room , big screen , pumping 5.1. Creepy as hell. Up there with the first and second silent hill on the spine chill factor. Gameplay is fun, story good , GFX and sound top notch. Excellent over all design, with heaps of detail. Cant wait for the sequel

sabin1981 wrote: | I tried playing through again (fifth time.. teehee) on the PC version but urgh Sure it looks great, but the controls are HORRENDOUS. Keyboard and mouse, which you'd think would suit the game perfectly, severely suck ass. I then spent a while setting up a controller, which worked better - but not perfect - as the right analogue stick was WAY too sensitive and there's no way to adjust it.
Long story short; once my 360 is flashed again, I'll be playing it on that |
Does it work with a 360 controller? Im currently replaying a lot of my xbox360 games on my PC. Most of them support the controller. Only FPS's i use mouse and keyboard (except Mirrors Edge which feels a lot better with a controller)

Aye it does - but there's huge deadzone issues with the sticks, sadly.

I voted Dead Space, mainly because I need to finish this game also before part 2 comes out.

Okay, seems you're going for Dead Space - but after that, you need to play MGS4!
