After a lot of playing of MW2 on PS3 (That i just bought) i get annoying cramps in my hands and no its not because i play too much, its because that fuckin controller was made for Jap midget hands. The analog stick are unconfortable, my fingers keep falling off the "triggesr"...thats one badly made controller

Is there a 3rd party controller made (MadCatz...) that looks like the one of the 360? or an adapter that i can use with my X360 controller??

you could try the saitek pads, though i don't know about their quality and afaik they aren't even wireless.

or you could just go for these thingies (search on ebay or amazon):

much better trigger feeling and depending on which set you get, they also include various rubbers for the analogue sticks which make them kinda feel like the x360 ones. trust me, i have quite big hands and this finally makes playing on the ps3 comfortable.

I already ordered those triggers, waiting for them to get here but the problem is the controller itself...its too damn small. Like i said, im not a 5 foot jap midget with hands the size of a rice grain. The X360 controller is nearly perfection for me.

I got my eyes on this but dont know if it really work

I like these modifications people do. Smile I haven't attempted to do that one because I don't have a PS1/2/3 controller anymore, but it looks simple enough for someone determined to do. Smile

The triggers make the controller feel a lot bigger.

IS there not some sort of USB lead adapter where's you have a wired 360 pad which then plugs into another lead which goes into one of the PS3 USB ports at the front?

Yup there is I am thinking of ordering one myself since the 360 controller is superior to the ps3 one in everyway.

More news on this subject?
I'm not sure if I buy the adapter or a PC (360 shaped) controller.

Weird.
I find the opposite to be true.
For me the PS3 pad is lighter, and laid out better.
However, I do use the thingamajigs on L2/R2.....

I liked the very original playstation controller, but I hated the Duelshock ones.

I just find the two thumb sticks too close together.

It's habit I guess, but since I play 80%+ with the 360 one, plaiyng MW2 with the PS3 one is awkward!!

Thats because you have girlie hands Wink

Received the triggers last weekend and i most say that the controller feels more confortable with them. Although i didnt had time to play MW2 so i still need to test them with intensive gameplay. But the analog still feels wrong. I prefer the 360 analog that fits good with fingers where the bump is in the inside instead of the outside.

How dare you call my hands 'girly', these are my hands:

But I know what you mean about the lower triggers, they are slightly out of place for western paws.

Yeah please do, was looking into that one myself but the hefty price tag was putting me off. Plus i need a wired 360 pad to be purchased along with it Sad

5 stars!
Really worth the purchase if, like me, you keep fumbling with the PS3 controller on MW2 (or any other FPS).
I'm more adapted to the 360 layout and I am much more precise with this controller, and also I don't melee by accident every 5 minutes Smile

highly recommended!!!

Thanks for that, i might get one for myself soon. Just sucked you need to be wired but better than playing with a controller design for midgets
