I'm curious what you guys consider as the best movie music and or part till now ?

For me the best music in a movie comes from Braveheart.... really gets into me everytime i listen it. If i listen to that i must hold myself to not hose me in a skirt and start a civil war by myself. Wink

The best part from a movie also comes from Braveheart. For me this movie is a 10 out of 10 and i haven't seen any movie what i rank higher then this one...

Let me know Very Happy

The Last of the Mohicans main theme is great, tho a bit boring in this link(I do recall a remix or something, might've been completely unofficial, that was longer and had that good part more often)

Commando is just one awesome scene after another, so here's just one of them Very Happy

Basically, nothing trumps Lord of the Rings, music is just so effective, but these two scenes are so memorable.

Would have to agree the Braveheart theme is stunning but my choice is the Black Hawk Down soundtrack.

Although i like most of Hans Zimmers soundtracks

say what you want about bay, but i loved the rock's soundtrack... cant find the clip, but check out the car chase.

also, the music in the crow was kickass. i especially loved the mournful but powerful score at the end when draven 'leaves'.

Dawn of the Dead 2004 - montage of the people stuck in the mall going about their "normal" day with Richard Cheese's version of Disturbeds "Down with the Sickness".

I for one, absolutely love that part.

But as for being epic in itself, i'd agree with leo, something from LOTR maybe, maybe some bit from the Matrix trilogy.. hmm..

There's so many music moments that it is heard to pick just one, so I'll pick some more.

Music Moments:
- Because it fits so perfectly to the story of the movie and Pacino is a really great actor.
- surprised no one picked that out yet ;o
- same as the one before, surprised no one picked that out

Now for the best movie part:
- the greatest part about that scene is that it's not supposed to be funny(as in it was a real life situation), but I still laugh whenever I watch it.
- just because it's pure awesomeness.

even the dialogue sounds like poetry
