Only finished the first level but from what I've seen so far it's a pretty straightforward platforming game borrowing a bit from here and there, you have various secret areas, collectable gems, bonus minigames at the level end goals and support for two-player co-op, or one player using both controls.
(I don't think the game has a online mode but I could be wrong.)
Uses UE3 so performance is excellent even with GeDoSaTo at 3840x2400 but as a platformer it's not a very demanding game to begin with.
The developers call it easy to learn and difficult to master with simple controls and pretty straightforward gameplay mechanics like using your drums to charm enemies and interact with the environment or dashing to bash objects/enemies or cover large gaps but there's also separate gameplay modes for a bigger challenge such as time-attack, hardcore mode and I think it had a easier game mode as well.
Interesting to see a different type of game from Flying Wild Hog (Hard Reset and the new Shadow Warrior.) also interesting to see them using a different engine instead of the Road Hog engine they've developed.
(Which is I think currently being updated for the PS4 and XBO consoles and I believe the x64 update for Shadow Warrior - whenever it comes out - will also use the new engine version.)
Hmm you are right it's down at the moment, had some downtime yesterday as well.
Might be time to find a new image host if this persists.
(Well they get popular, lots more bandwidth usage and then comes various restrictions or other limitations though PostImage already has advertisement if you are not using a blocker for that, even some porn ads if you upload to the "Adult" tagged gallery.)
Shouldn't be a problem, I'm mostly using thumbnails because I find them convenient and they are easy to scroll past if someone dislikes the screens plus the low file size although with the spoiler tag and using JPG instead it can work in a similar way.
(For your standard screenshots I believe JPG can look very similar to PNG with the right settings.)
Seems like a kid's game even more so than Mario or Rayman or any other platformer I can think of. Found a review at http://bit.ly/1Bhxco9 and most user reviews seem to agree. I'll skip till my son is a bit older
