Yes, there's one underneath every section. It's not a "button" per-se, it's a link.
"mark all forums read"

There's a "Mark all topics read" in each forum on the top right too.
EDIT: Just turned off my ad blocker and noticed you can't see it in FF. The advert covers it.

As you can see, I disabled my ABP to show the ad doesn't block the link.

Ah, im used to the ABP icon being at the top right and large as hell^^ |
