ive suyffered with no sleeping for over 15 years im on alsorts of sleeping tablets, not good!! even smoking weed doesnt help much, maybe u should spank the monkey for an hour b4 u try and sleep

This is fucking bullshit... I haven't been able to sleep just beacuse i got such a fucking cold. I can barley breath at all. I can forget to breath out of my nose. To much shit in it. And breathing out of the mouth all the time really drains one strenght..

Yeah, having a similar problem myself at the moment. Good thing is I've never had a problem with insomnia, the opposite actually, so as frustrating as it is I can still get to sleep.

what a fucked up nights sleep last night, im not sure whether its the tablets im taking , but fuck me, woke up at 4am, jumped straight up on my bed, span out for a good minute or 2, then was violently sick, couldnt get to sleep again for a good few hours!! i thought i was obviously coming down with aids or something nasty, but feel ok today

You're like me: 2 weeks ago I had worst headache the whole week, basically spend the week on ibuprofen, and, naturally, I was convinced I had brain tumour. The whole week was raining or was generally bad weather, and then it was nice and my head was ok, so I just satisfied with meteoropathy rather than tumour

Use those nose drops, sometimes they clear the noce/throat.
Also, reading a book helps with insomnia ppl. So start reading a book (it doesn't have to be boring, lol)
I recommend Asimov's robot stories (The Complete Robot)
