When I try to run avp.exe on the Razor version thats the error message I get and it wont open. Any ideas what could be causing this?

yes I have an idea,
its because your using a pirate version of the game..
was this helpfull ?

What Windows are you using?
Did you try to reinstall the game?
Did you try to change the BIK file with another?
Do this:
Move your current BIK file from the AVP folder to your desktop.After download this: http://www.2shared.com/file/11544362/ab1a5188/binkw32.html
It's a Bik dll file from SinsofaSolarEmpire(Diplomacy), but an older version, or, if you have a game with BIK dll files use those.
Pu it in the AVP folder.Try to start the game so you can see if it works.If it doesn't replace it with the original from your desktop.
BIK files are related to CGI movies in game.
Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
