That's not hacking mate, it's just an emulator bundle for Linux that is preconfigured. That's all. ... impressive of course, but still nothing to do with hacking the PS3. Anyone can do that simply by copy the files over and running Yellow Dog.

The dude's homepage makes interesting reading though, nice to see how he gets around the lack of graphics acceleration. http://thezerogameproject.com/blog/too-big-my-brain-explaining-secret-mana-workaround-zerogame IMO Sony fucked up big time there. Disabling so much of the hardware when running Linux was a stupid idea and considerably limited the functionality, and thus appeal to a broader group of users, of the machine. Shame.
