Does anyone kow when mother boards will out with USB 3.0 only and without USB 2.0? Will it happen this year? I want to build a system but I don't know if I should wait.

First few are out already, but with few I mean FEW, like 2 or 3 so far - and they're all very high-end products

I am aware about those boards. I was wondering if there is a motherboard coming out soon with all USB 3.0 ports.

i would wait with that if i were you, right now the usb 3.0 implemantion is problematic at best. The current chipsets simply don't have enough PCI Express lanes to cover the expansion slots, onboard lan and usb ports, so currently they all use tricks to get around that. Meaning the graphics card only gets 8 lanes instead of 16 if usb 3.0 devices are connected and so on.
Also, the few devices that support 3.0 are totally overpriced, just like SSDs, not worth it atm. Like snoop said, get a PCI card if you really really need it, but don't choose a mobo just based on that.
