I normally use SupaFliVerify to check the rar volumes. But lately, the prog doesn't work anymore, I always get the progress screen but it stays blank. And after a while I get the results window and none of the files are checked (says they are all missing).

I then downloaded SFV Checker by Traction Software and that worked, but now I cannot check any files with that either Sad I associated all sfv files with the programme, but when I open a sfv file it doesn't check the volumes (just says they are all missing).

I tried uninstalling but my sfv files still have the SFV Checker programme logo and I am not sure if I really deleted everything (searched registry and deleted some entries but cannot find the traction software programme association to sfv files anywhere in my folder settings).

So, is there anyone out there who knows a solution or a different programme I could try out? BTW, using win98 and no internet connection on that PC.

Try QuickSFV and just delete the *.sfv file ending in the registry so windows will associate QuickSFV after the install.

I just trashed hkSFV because of it beeing abandoned for a very long time, together with lots of irritating bugs. I also trashed FlashFXP and use FTPrush both for downloading and sfv checking. This client is truly the best of them all.
