I can get a Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz with 3 gigs of RAM and 80 gig HD รท a 17 inch TFT monitor for 50 Euro. Is that a good price? and is it faster then a laptop with centrino cpu 2.2 ghz with 2 gigs of RAM?

if laptop has dual core centrino then hell no

is it socket lga775? or the older pentium 4?
i suspect its the older 478 socket but if it were socket 775 you could get a really cheap dual core cpu

even if it's p4dc it's still slower than centrino dual core 2.2ghz

The Centrino CPU isn't a Dual Core.
The Socket of the P4, i do not know.

Intel i7 6700K, RTX470 Super, Kingston HyperX Fury 32GB
