We've heard rumblings for some time now that No More Heroes could be making the Hi-Def jump. The latest issue of Famitsu has finally confirmed what we all have been hopping for! The original No More Heroes will indeed be hitting the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 25, 2010 in Japan.
A couple of scans of the latest Famitsu have been uploaded to the Internets showing off some of the new features for No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise. Better graphics, no motion control, Japanese voice acting and a new mode called "Very Sweet Mode" where the girls of No More Heroes wear next to nothing. Sweet!
What do you all think of this news? I'm pretty excited. The only way this news could get any better is if Heroes' Paradise gets released outside of Japan!

AWESOME!!! Now this was fantastic news to wake up to! All I can hope for now is that the game gets released outside of Japan ^_^

It seems that Suda51 even planned for No More Heroes to be a 360 title in the first place - the only reason he changed was because Marvellous showed him pre-release specs on the Wii and controller.

This game was so boring when I played it I nearly slipped into a coma.

anyone knows if it will work on JTAG if you path the xex thru xexmenu?

Ok, finally tried this. Works fine on JTAG after patching default.xex.
Menus and voiceover are in English, all subs in Jap so you don't understand what's going on or what the objectives are. Nonetheless I've managed to play around 30 mins and that was 30 mins of killing dozens of yakuza (?) men in black suits using the same combination of two hits with sword, then push RS and flick it in the direction on the screen to complete a finishing move. After doing the RS thing over 50 times I turned off my xbox and deleted that p.o.s.
