The one issue i have with vac bannings is when accounts get hacked and then banned.Steam wont unban them and thats some BS.

You've got to remember that pbbans.com only keeps track of players banned on servers that has their streaming option or whatever it is. So there's a lot more banned players.

If your account gets hacked that's your own fault. It's YOUR responsibility to secure your own system. If you go and get infected with malware and someone steals your password, that's your fault not Valve's.
Now if there was some mass hack on Steam itself that didn't involve the users at all and rather used some sort of steam exploit, that's a different story. But as far as I know that hasn't happened. It's either been people infected with malware or people being retarded and telling people their passwords.

Who said I can't play without cheating? And no, I'm not the one saying non-cheating people should quit, that would be Activision and Infinity Ward. I'm just passing the message along.
Besides, people in this game can't see the difference between cheating and good playing anyways. When I was playing without cheats, every nuke I got people called me a hacker and a faggot.

I never said you couldnt play without cheating - but you along with lots of others have been using and still use cheating. You concider this fair towards players who dont cheat and have bought the game?
You might have ment that its Activision/Infinite Awards message to the players that they should quite if they cant handle the cheaters.... but you never did say that you quoted them. So thats why I thought it was your personal thoughts about it all.

I bought the game too. I used a whatever it's called when you see people's names/locations at all times for about a day. When I wanted to check if the game had less cheaters a few weeks later, I was banned. Don't get me wrong, I despise cheaters when I try to play a game I've bought.
If you can't beat them, join them.

There is obviously fun in cheating, why else would there be people doing it?
I'm not the person who cheats when playing seriously, but every now and then it's fun to screw around with friends.
The reason really that I cheated in this, is mostly to show what a broken piece of junk the game is.

People cheating are cunts. It's easy as that. Spoiling a game for others just cos its "fun" is the worst excuse ever. I can't really understand where the fun in not having to aim or search for the enemies is. If I wanted that kind of "game" might aswell watch a movie instead.
Anyway, don't get me wrong...my frustration towards cheaters is not aimed at you specifically...its aimed at everyone cheating online. Cheating in a singleplayer game however is nothing that I care much about. But personally I don't cheat in any kind of game (apart from when I play monopoly with my gf...strangely she's never managed to figure out why I always end up with tons of cash even though I don't have any houses!)

your whole arguement is fail unfortunately. As soon as one twat takes his cheats online it just sets the ball rolling for other idiots to do the same because they suck at the game or as in your case.. you wanted to prove to your mates, people on here, yourself? how broken the game is.
This game is not by any means perfect, but it's no more broken then BFBC2 in their current state. No need to make it any worse by bringing cheats into a mp game.

All on-line cheaters are arseholes, no matter which fucking way they want to try and sugar coat there reasons. You want to cheat on a game in SP that's fine, your only ruining your own experience. As soon as you go online with cheats you become a selfish little shit that wouldn't deserve pissing on if he was on fire. Simples.

dezz makes a semi-valid point. i'm not defending cheaters because no matter the justification you are ruining the game for legitimate players. that being said... i played bf2 for awhile online. i witnessed a lot of gay shit. i finally got tired of it and took on dezz's mentality but not for the sake of cheating to ruin everyone else's fun since mine was being ruined but as a way to use it against the other cheaters. the blatant assholes. in fact the "hax" that i paid for came from a member on this site who i won't name but had a nice little thing going.
i made it a point to punish the ones who kept hogging vehicles. the ones who loved to spam the chat or type "n00b" entirely too often. the ones who whined about cheaters constantly and of course loved to say "nigger". the ones i truly enjoyed tormenting were the ones who loved to pick sniper and then sit off in the distance and after you waited 5 mins to get in the cockpit of the jet or helicopter they'd cap you in the head, repeatedly. those were always fun to punish. of course i had my own fun sometimes but i kept it in check. cheating is lame and a shitty thing to do, i will not defend that but let me tell you - poppin some asshole through a wall repeatedly who keeps trying to sneak up on you to put a mine under your tank is pretty entertaining. so is spawn raping for a short period NOTE keyword short. just enough to get them riled up.
besides, once you cheat in a game like that you can truly see who else is cheating. you'll see them spot things you know they can't spot or see, unless they were cheating like you. it amazed me at the # of people who were cheating. i've not played an online pc game since then. it was really disheartening to learn that many were cheaters but at the same time that ignorance was definitely not bliss.
