As a fresh father, I must say that I felt a little bit uncomfortable watching the trailer. But as a supporter of creative rights and free expression, I hope the project doesn't get cancelled just because of the theme.
What I never understood though is who buys these trivial games? Surely they can't be fun for more than a few minutes.

If those kind of games are priced at max 5$, i can imagine that many people will buy. Mainly to have some laughs with their friends or streaming about it.

I am offended 
..not by the theme, but by the fact that the gameplay and design are plain awful.  Lazy indiemen are lazy, riding the shock value without putting any effort into it.
