I was planning to buy some games on PSN, like Battlefield and so on.
Now when I buy them, can I also download them on my brothers PS3 and play them?
I know that it is possible with demos, we already have a shared account for those things. But is it also possible with multiplayer games, meaning we would be able to play together, although only one of us bought the game?

I thought maybe I'd buy the game on my account, then log into my account on his console, download the game, and then switch back to his account.

Anybody tried this out yet?

it works with offline games, but not MP - you can't be online from 2 different consoles with the same account

it works.

my cousin gave me access to his psn account and I logged in and downloaded a few downloadable games that he bought. then I logged back into my own account and we played together.

it was smaller games, some ninja turtles game and tank battles I think, but it should be the same for battlefield and such.

the only thing to consider is the 3...or was it 5? console limit. as long as you only share games with your brother nothing can go wrong.

This is exactly what I plan to do with the MW2 Map Pack coming out. I am going to share it with my Bro and nephews.

No point in all of us spending $15 on overpriced shit/map pack.

Its worth it when you share it.
