Or, you know, having a President who is unintentionally funny, and at the same time a fucking joke. Yes, I'm talking about the previous president of the USA.
Even if someone else wrote his speech, he's still the one speaking, so I'm pretty sure he finds those jokes funny.

Only funny thing I remember Bush doing was walking into a room, and checking under all the tables, and he was like "I know these WMDs are around here somewhere!"
Too bad the whole WMD thing was a huge load of shit, but, he got one lol outta' me.
