Ok, so far I like it a lot, the scene of unease grows on you slowly but steadily.
Following a standardized plot element what seems a typical family move into a new house, the recently divorced father along with his two children ( a boy and older girl) slowly grow to realize that not only isn't their new home ideal it may be terribly unsafe in ways unthought of in modern day America.
Early in the film the boy discovers a loaded shotgun in what seems a completely bizarre location leaving the father to start having misgivings about the house and it's land.
The girl's performance in particular is excellent showing with great style her descent into The New Daughter.
