As subject but also with the capability to manage a personal DB online in which you can keep track of individual episodes per series.

Something like AniDB allows for anime/hentai:

I hate tv.com, okay the general design is good but navigating there is awkward and it is too commercial IMO.
You can keep track of series there, they have a beta feature for that but it just sucks ass.

AniDB in my example allows users to put (fan-subbed) releases in their DB and if you have flagged a certain series for notification, you get a message when you login/visit the site.
They don't allow links to torrentz or usenet but allow MD4 hashes that is also used by the eDonkey network that no sane person uses anymore lol.

I actually use tvrage (through a private tv-tracker) (tvrage is also used as source for many other tv-sites).
