Probably a card game... :/
Look at the hands of the heavy, he is holding a stack of cards.

The penny arcade character is also holding cards
definitely a card game.
This is pretty obvious.

I hope it's not poker again, but some sort of non-collectible CCG (if you know what I mean). But I don't have very high hopes.
Epsilon: Game is great btw, I love it, so far it's a definite goty. It's remarkable how much has changed since the beta, stardock have been working their asses off, and it shows.

Yes, but that BTTF has nothing to do with this game. The BTTF game has been known for ages, it's a licensed game.

yeah read the wording "One of those projects" it doesn't mean the project we got the teaser for and it would make no sense that the heavy or anyone else was in BTTF. So these aren't related at all.

you tried to relate them by virtue of putting them in the same topic.
If they're not related put it in another topic.

I liked their first poker game. The dialogues were pretty fun... at least for a while. But only one small tournament against 5 opponents, and nothing else to do... Grew old rather quickly.
If they add more stuff to this one (cash games, other poker versions), then I'm definitely looking forward to it.

The game is called "Poker Night at the Inventory" and it is available for Pre-Purchase on Steam for €3.59 (-10%).
With that low price, I don't really expect a full-blown poker sim. It rather seems to be a re-hash of their previous 1-tourney-only poker game, probably filled with tons of funny dialogues between the characters.
