Anyhow reason for the delay:

i wonder how performance will be. Hyperdimension Neptunia games, especially on PS3, were notorious for horrible framerates.

Just kidding,it's just i've seen some games where there are "Cute girls blushing for no reason" but have eating food moments where they start imagining porn things with such food (And when that happens,the food gets blurry/pixelated like a stupid censor).. don't know where i've seen such things in games but trust me, JAPS

yea the game is a very generic ecchi jrpg, they spit these out by the hundreds every month in japan.
most of the games aspects are extremely mediocre

The game isnt that bad. İt actually parodies the console wars has generally lots of references to other games and anime and if you dont use the dlc chars the bosses are actually hard. Anyhow me likes
