Alright here's what happening. For fucking 7 years our family has been paying for using the city's sewer system, which is 8$ a month. However just few minutes ago we found out that house was built with a container where all the shit and stuff goes (dunno how it's called in english). Previous owners of the house didn't even mention something about it. Anyways to make this rant short we have been paying 672$ to city just for fucking nothing and we can't get that money back.

thing is, never even knew that septic tank existed, we thought we were connected to city sewer sysytem . it hasn't been a problem for 7 years that we've lived here and now it filled up and it was discovered by total accident.

Its the way of the world mate, over in the U.K we all pay extortionate amounts of council tax for services we never use, need or even see. If we don't pay though we end up in court.

I still don't get how you could use that septic tank for seven years without it being full and thereby being noticed O.o
And who the hell sold you that place? Shouldn't they have known about the tank?

Do not throw away your excrement... it is actually worth some money. Organic poo can be converted to bio fuel, many farmers are already making money off methane fumes in cow dung.

If it's been in a septic tank for 7+ years it's probably toxic with dangerous bacteria etc...

A good septic tank should not need to be pumped.As long as they are maintained (Dont flush female products etc) they should go a long time before ever needing service. And it sounds like your septic system is running into a septic field which is quite normal for septic systems. If this was put in a long time ago im sure that you would not get fined, and it would be some kind of grandfather clause.

wher do you fucking live i study tax law and atleast this way i can do anything useful. what city do you live and is this a regional tax? check if the tax is payed for beeing connectedor for beeing allowed to be connected. im quite suore you can get a refund in any fucking country if its they made you pay unlawfully now you can fucking them in the ass and ask it back

This could bring us a fucking huge ass balls-to-the-walls fine tho. (There have been 4 families in there before us)
