I used usenet but I couldn't find everything I wanted there, so got a 1 year RS account for a very good price  But a lot of people are leaving rs and upload to hotfile or whatever 
Last time I used torrents was for the release of max payne 2! Had less than 1Mbit connection and kept my computer downloading over night 
Using torrents in germany isn't very safe any more. They monitor the well known torrents and write down the ip's of everybody who is uploading... and if you don't have a hacked client you'll definitely upload to somebody. |

My ISP doesn't give a crap about that shit, however I had indian friends supplying me with RS & MU etc premium accounts but now they're dicking around fucking fucks inb4 I become racist
Got b& off some private trackers for no reason even tho my ratio was reasonable, faggots
and there's NO WAY i'm paying for shit so usenet is a big no no I leave that to fancy fags

There are still plenty of free usenet services available.... just before i had some with a regular download speed of 2 Mb/s and a retention of 300 days.
and tbh .. you can share your usenet account with other people so you only pay around € 3,- for a month.
I think even Rapidshare is more expensive then this.

I'm just using a free 3 day trial and just re-registering every 3 days. Max speeds and 200 days retention. Also, usenet is faster than torrent. On usenet I'm maxing out my 6mb line(750kBps) while on torrent it peaks at 650kBps, from every private tracker I have account on..
