Good idea to post a screenshot containing sensible data 
well there are webpages where you enter hashes and they look up in their database to see if it already has been decoded.. Maybe you should remove the screenshot and change your password

Ehm we know that.
For example:
Your password = hellokitty
in the database it will be saved as (just giving an example) = ba415f14910345132c30
now it's not that easy to calculate the original password just from the hash.
But there are websites, that save hashes for text. If someone, someday entered the hellokitty hashcode and someone else searches for ba415f14910345132c30 then he will see hellokitty as result.
