Its tobako kind of shite you put under your upper lip. Then when the taste has left it - it's apparently a national sport here in sweden to throw it anywhere you want. Especially at walls/stairs/ground or where ever you want really
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Snus is banned in Holland because it's carcinogenic... Tobacco is not, because it's... also carcinogenic! I don't get it anymore.

Cigarettes is more than 10 times as dangerous as snus (if not more). The reason is that snus is just ground tobacco with salt and preservatives while cigarettes become highly toxic/cancerous by igniting the material which creates several hundred different cancerous substances that stick to your airways and lungs. A few years back the government had to remove the "can cause cancer" warning on the snus cans since all studies pointed towards snus not being significantly cancerous.
If you have to use tobacco, snus is the way to go. The only real problem with snus is that it is even more addictive than cigarettes due to higher levels of nicotine. Snusing actually helps keep your teeth healthy since it promotes a constant saliva production (not rivers of it, just enough to always keep your mouth moist) which is a recipe for healthy teeth.
I've been snusing since I was 13 (am 37 now) and my airways and lungs are perfectly fine.
Recently started with this brand: 
Cheap as well, 30 Sek/can.
Deelix, snus is always most expensive at gas stations. If you turn off at a Eurostop (in Halmstad for instance, there are three exits from E6, going south you want the third, the south exit) and enter Eurostop there's a Willy's supermarket. They have cheap snus.

Its actually banned in the whole EU except Sweden, (Norway is not a part). At the time they didn't have enough data on it. In Sweden they say "it might be dangerous", in Norway they say it is. Its just the nicotine tho... so yeah, risk for higher blood pressure and bs.
Anyway, any Swedes with some help here  ? I need a cheap Snus roll  Was thinking buying lots of them and sell them to Danes at roskilde |
Or trade for qat with Somalis?

Posts are too much to read while drinking.. I'm recently about to have to stop smoking in the apartment... I've heard snus does well for helping the cravings. I don't mind usually but if i'm drinking I smoke like a damn chimney, think Snus would help?

Well obviously as I'm smoking and not saying..hey why not try to lay off the smokes I'm drinking.. I'm not looking for a healthy alternative..so snus may be a good alternative .. I'm guessing you just cheek it ?

You just put it under your lip so you look like a chimp once you can't get your dose with smaller amounts anymore  j/k, I guess these days it's pre-packaged and unless you stuff several of those packs under your lip it shouldn't be too obvious.
Frant: since you're expert, I guess they've got rid of the glass shards in the snus? I mean, it has to reach your bloodstream somehow, and the way used to be, that it contained small glass shards which broke the mouth's mucosa, and eventually might have lead to the mucosa to 'dissolve' Nice sight... not.

However, in the kind of snus we used to have - there was a slight chance that salt crystals could form...and they could be mistaken for glass. Thats proberbly what made the rumour start.

Any chance of snus being a real cigarette alternative? I really hope so, because I absolutely hate cigarette smoke. Only one third of the population is still smoking in the Netherlands... but still.
