No, but probably it will be included in a separate DLC. It will be out one month after the release of the game and it will contain all the banned athletes like Riccò, Hamilton, Sella, Di Luca and all-stars like Ullrich and Armstrong  |

^^ Yes it's been out nearly 2 weeks now.Game is better than previous installments but again some bugs need to be fixed.Waiting for official 1.0.2.2 patch.
