Apparently the allegedly Indie developed PS5 exclusive game Abandoned gets another teaser tomorrow via the rather unique Realtime Experience app which has been available since 29th July and will hopefully show the first game gameplay since this announcement 4 months ago.
The whole thing has been heavily linked to Hideo Kojima due to a plethora of bizarre inexplicable coincidences and as a result has garnered some speculation and various conspiracy theories that it is the next Silent Hill game or Metal Gear Solid or even both!?
The app, which goes live on Tuesday, August 10, is said to feature an "opening teaser" where fans will be able to "get a glimpse" of what the game is. Blue Box also said that "What you see is what you play," which is still somewhat confusing and not very clear when it comes to what the studio means. Additional teases related to the future of Abandoned are also said to be present.
Explaining more about when the Realtime Experience app will actually go live for Abandoned, Blue Box has said that it will unlock simultaneously for all users around the world. For those in the west, this unlock time will be at 3:00pm EST/12:00pm PST. Prior to that time, however, PS5 owners can actually pre-load the app right now.
Will it be an Indie horror game with no connection to Hideo Kojima or will the internet break tomorrow?
I don't think this is Kojima and I don't think it'll be a very good game
if it was Kojima I think they would have revealed it at the height of tension, but they dropped off after repeatedly denying it and delayed the demo thingy to reduce tension, which imo supports the theory that they're scared as fuck of the reaction now when it comes out it's not kojima.
could still be a thing though, maybe Kojima is trying really hard this time, but to me the chances are astronomically small.
Could be one big social experiment, who knows lol its all prettty crazy.
The links to Hideo Kojima are just weird though and apparently August 12th is when PT released.
Today is the 7th anniversary so maybe something will happen in the next 24 hours and Blue Box have been trolling everyone with these technical issues they're still experiencing apparently and intentionally delaying things until 12th August before some big announcement.

Too much of a reach or is it literally just a small indie studio working on a new IP with no connections to Silent Hill and the game if it ever releases will be just some generic mediocre crap. Im fascinated by the whole situation lol.
but considering most of these theories go in the direction of this being Kojima making Silent Hills, that's just impossible in my eyes.
I don't see Konami ever collaborating with Kojima. Not after how they parted.

I’m sure this acknowledgment won’t dissuade people from believing it’s still Silent Hill and/or linked to Kojima lol. I mean it might some people change their minds but the majority won’t until the game releases. Because well if it was Silent Hill and/or linked to Kojima, they won’t just admit to that and they will continue to deny just to make people think otherwise and besides that the gaming industry tells lies lol.
After all the unclear misleading mysterious shit these guys said I find it hard to look at them as the victims in this.

like a big part of why people thought this was all so weird was because the company seemed to lack a history, it looked fake.
