I'm looking to capture every frame of a video to a jpg, png, or whatever from a 30 second clip. Does anyone know of a good program for that? Preferably free but i'll check out whatever is available. I know i can take screen shots with VLC and i've even thought about slowing the playback down and taking as many captures as possible. I'm going to put all these captures together like an animation and I want it to look as fluid as possible.

Use VirtualDub. Open the video and save as image sequence.

i ended up using imagegrab. it's freeware and you can set the interval by seconds or frames of how often it captures. thanks for the help tho, much appreciated.
