When I get to Middletown for the 2nd cigarette truck delivery Vito falls out of the truck and can walk around. I cant get back in so I cant continue on. I reloaded the mission and drove all the way back and the same thing happened. Anyway to fix this?

Are you using the Skidrow crackfix ? Have you installed any DLCs ?
Try to reload and retry once again, maybe you're very unlucky ?

no dlcs and I think im using the V3 crack. Theres so many of them out them im unsure. The last one I tried kept crashing at Chapter 7, this latest one fixed that. Maybe I should go back to the last one since im on Chapter 8 now. Crack im using is called Mafia V3 Proper.

Then you don't have the best working crack. But the saves are incompatible, so even if you get the skidrow crackfix, you'd have to start a new game.
Try your previous crack ...

Which crack is considered the "latest and best working" crack? Mine is crashing at chap 7 now...
