not sure if you're trying to be clever or not, but no.. a digital item is not the same as a digital entertainment product. you KNOW what i mean, theres no need for a comment like that just for the sake of pointing out a technicality.
unless you're really suggesting that a real hat is the same as a store-bought game, because they are both tangible items? yeah sure i guess you could argue that, but not in any relevant manner, come on...

Nothing but e.a sports disabled my online games all of them and my forum account for 3 days.
Because a Mexican dude was on about there footballers n how good they are nadda nadda.

The amount of patheticness you see on there forums yet they never get banned.
I say a sarcastic thing like that n get banned for 3 datys.
If it was worse, i could of lost 'all' my online games and accounts.
