Well I mostly sleep on alcohol and the few days I don't, I have vivid dreams and sleep short.
I don't really get your problem btw, if you have a nocturnal life just push it.
Meaning going to bed later and later each day until you are in a normal rhythm.

I'm not really nocturnal, just got into this sleeping rythm by staying up late and now I wanna get out of it in a day instead of changing it slowly. Anyway sun is about go up, maybe i should sit in the terrace and watch it go up.

It's not that easy to change the sleeping rhythm if it's out of sync. :/

I don't really drink energy drinks either but yeah, will it help? Worst thing that could happen now is that i fall asleep.

Either torture yourself by staying awake inside or go outside which i personally find it 10 times easier to stay awake.

hmm okay, yeah ill go out as soon as stores open up and people wake up.

My sleeping pattern was like 03.00-13.00, so going to sleep at 21.00 -20.00 should fix it right? I should wake up at 8-9?

I don't know about you, but if i drastically change my sleeping pattern then im unable to sleep long each night. If i keep the same pattern a week or so then it regulates and i sleep normaly, but if i just change it i get perhaps only 5 hours sleep or so. Dunno if this is common or not Razz

Sleeping beyond 8 hrs is not that good idea. Ideal is 8 hrs, but most can be well rested with just 7 hrs a day.

Summer messed me up too, it's been like a month now and there isn't a single day I didn't wake up exhausted Sad

Try going to sleep around 22-23 and setting your alarm 8 hrs later...

And if you are having trouble sleeping try some antihistamine drug or sleeping pills Very Happy

It does get pretty hard after like 9 AM Razz But drink lots of water, that used to make feel more "fresh" than drinking energy drinks Very Happy

Eat a shitload of spicy food. It will send your body into overdrive mode.
Or eat a shitload of junk food, that way you won't be able to sleep, cause you'll be taking a dump every half hour.

LOL you have no idea about whats coming for you then, the hardest part is in the day and the hours before your "final destination" hour. That is if you dont activate yourself the whole day, cause if you sit down and just chill - Its game over!

Good luck!

Yah and this will probably not help at all. All that sugar in the food. Up like a rocket... and down in a fury of flames straight to your bed ^^

Hahah are you sure that it wasn't the printer that was fixing at you? Laughing

Well...let me think..you could watch some adrenalinic action/horror movies, listen to some Brutal Death Metal while splashing cold water on your face, or simply clean the apartment again in order to kill the most tough bacterias.

I remember when I was a kid, me and a couple of friends had a contest about who could stay awake the longest. We made it trough the night and then in the morning we went into the woods and our "fortress" we had built there. After a while playing there I got a kind of "drunk" feeling and I ended up running straight into a wall by mistake knocking myself unconscious for a short while.

I think that was my body saying "ah fuck this, I'll run this fucker into a wall so I can get some damn sleep" Very Happy
