CiV 5 has DX11 support (According to Steam.) so that should count for something right?
(It also has a demo listing but is weighted down by numerous DLC listings.)
Noticed the same thing. Really nice coming out of a slump(too many bad ports) and into another densely populated timeframe with AAA titles to look forward to. Good time to be a pc gamer. Of course I play consoles too, but usually just until the games bore me, and back to the pc I go. So yeah, good stuff.
The games you're mentioning had PC as a base platform once, but altho these sequels might be on the PC, they're heavily scripted to fit the consoles better.

read the list again.. they are almost all PC exclusive..
Unfortunately Deus Ex: Human Revolution is not a "PC primary game".
It's just a multiplatform game where the devs are trying to balance the old traits from the original DeuEx and merge them with the new "nextgen" features like a covering system, a more action oriented gameplay, and lethal hand-to-hand combat.
And FIFA 11 isn't a pc primary too. But you have to see it like this: The PC primary ones suck much less so... yeah good time to have a PC! I really anticipate Diablo 3 and Torchlight 2
Only two I personally would single out obviously diablo 3 is huge but probably a long long long way off.
The witcher 1 whilst good was not what I'd consider an all time great.
How many of the games on the list are going to be better than the 360/ps3 line up ? in all honesty apart from diablo III I don't think anything worth breaking a sweat over when you put it next to games like the gran turismo 5, metal gear solid rising, dead rising 2 and twisted metals of this world.

Really, all these games you listed elicit giant yawns of boredom from me. And just like most console heavy-hitters, they cause a whole lot of noise before release, not quite as much noise a little while after, then are forgotten a few months later-except in the announcement for an inevitable sequel(surprise-more of the same).
Sure they maybe popular, but popular does not = good.

So all thats left for me are hardcore RPG's and Stalker Call of Pripyat earlier this year.

Luckily for me it's the exact opposite. Also when I think back to '94 when I bought my first PC all the classics I remember are strategy, sims, RPG's and MMORPG's. In fact the same is true for the Amiga which I used before that again. I have to go all the way back to Vic-20 and Cbm-64 for the really good action games, in my opinion anyway.
