As long as it doesn't bring back Jenni or CNZ, I think we'll be good.

Think he's rather referring to the UK NHS ( hospital services ), being from Manchester and that the NHS is currently crashing down in flames - all non-urgent appointments made for January have been automatically delayed to February, issuing a public apology from Theresa May. Smile

I want to be hyped about this game, but I don't think it'll improve upon Theme Hospital's formula - one of my favourite games ever, doesn't help Razz

Thanks for the correction Smile
Also, yeah. I remember buying Theme Hospital AND Dungeon Keeper at the same time in 98.
My best gaming experience, with Baldur's Gate I/II and Might and Magic VI/VII.

Awesome!

Also here is a better video to show the upscaled graphics (which IMHO still look very good even today)

Better shit than going to the hospital for a serious injury and then wishing you had just bled out, because now you're in debt for the rest of your fucking life.

You guys across the pond and Europe don't know how great you have it in comparison to American "health-care". Trust me, lol.

The art style for this game is little bit too serious business for it to be considered a Theme Hospital replacement though. Still, will probably try it.

You're absolutely right, this game doesn't actually build upon Theme Hospital's formula at all, rather its premise - I worded that poorly.
I should have rather said that this game's unlikely to dethrone Theme Hospital as the ultimate hospital management game for me ( not that they're too many of them ), the humour made the otherwise often depressing hospital so fun to manage Razz

I can attest to that!! I'm from England but have been living in USA for a while. Was the victim of a hit and run on my motorbike and its now mounting up to me owing $15,000 because of the injuries I sustained. I had no insurance over here so its all been on me to pay for this.
If this had happened back home I wouldnt even have a bill to pay.

Anyway...the game loooks goood Very Happy

Hahaha that is true, but then I did have a collapsed lung and shattered ribs so I'm hopeful the NHS would have seen to me too, I was sat at home with it for 5 days being a tough man thinking its just bruised ribs, that could have been my waiting times at NHS too! Laughing

My first impressions are good, I was waiting for this because I prefer the more serious/realistic take on a hospital sim. Although I had fun with Two Point Hospital as well. Very Happy

Really like the different animations, like patients going to xray machines, doctors administering tests, throwing gloves, washing hands, and stuff like that. Cool little details.

Would need to play it for a longer period in sandbox to see how it is in mid to late game.
