Was there really any need to quote the whole template? Rolling Eyes

Anyway, thought the demo was suprisingly OK. Gonna grab this and see if it grows on me a little more.

Pretty useless without a private server crack, since you can only play singleplayer on about 5 maps, on the 16 player size version of them, conquest.
Not to mention all the unlocks that u need retail servers for.
Not worth the 4 gigs Very Happy
Is there a download version you can buy? I hate dvd-in-drive requirements.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 RAM: 4gb Kingmax DDR2 800mhz Video: Asus GeForce 250GTS 1gb Sound: Asus Xonar.

I would think there will be mods or "hacks" that unlock the 16pl maps, there was for BF2.
And hey...If you get the Razor version...well all you need then is the proper CD key Wink

When you play online, on ranked servers you gain points for every action you take. Those actions go towards increasing your rank. As you increase in rank you can unlock weapons and tools for the classes, you get 1 unlock per level up and you have to decide what to unlock. For example.. the recon class starts with a sniper rifle.. through unlocks you can give them a stealth suit and a nice semi auto machine gun Very Happy

I guess BF releases are a bit pointless. BF2 still plays online with the demo, so there you get the 'free' online part. But...we can't blame razor for the release Wink

my mate told me if you wanna try some of the unlocks just play single player, kill your team mates and pick up their kits (default key G). they often have unlocks but it appears to be random to which ones they hold.

So can someone say in the simplest of terms... what you can play in this game without going online?

I have the facility, just not paying for the game!

Exactly, and there are 40 ranks and 40 unlocks. I just bought this via EA Downloader, gotta wait 4 days until its officially released tough Smile
Didnt get any cd-key, dont think the downloaded version works that way Smile

nope it does not.
the EAD version, registers the game on your EA account.
though maybe there is a key in the registry.
guess we will find out.

find it dissapointing they did not allow a 64 player singleplayer game though.
since the 16 player games wont allow you to play titan mode.
