Store which sold pirated Dirt 3 keys, suggested their customers to pirate game data etc is legit? Maybe in Russia. 
I don't say that they don't sell legit keys too but it's definitely not 100% legit.

lol.
fyi, i just bought dead island and anno 2070 from them. Aswell as BF3.
Skyrim i had preordered and they refunded me np (cant really blame them, steam did patch the whole region lock into the game after release).
Seriously tho, intkeys is among the cheapest and safest places i know of.
Btw, Anno 2070 i activated myself without need of vpn or anything and dead island i had them activate it for me (no need for vpn to play it).

i pretty much suspected he was posting his own code. he probably gets referral points or cash or whatever towards games he buys through them. shameless self advertisement... should be a rule against it on the forum. the banning kind...

seriously? i ordered a russian skyrim key from them. after the region locking disaster i requested a refund.. that was exactly 1 month ago now. they didn't do SHIT until i filed for dispute on paypal.
will never order from them again. never had such problems with g2play or cjs-cdkeys.

they had set up a url for that, which most people simply kept ignoring (took me 3 days aswell, until i read their email lol. Once i went to that url, i had to enter my credentials and the key and i got refunded couple hours later.

yeah, i spoke to their support a dozen times. entered my stuff on that website too yet nothing happened after 3 days. they didn't even respond to the paypal dispute, so i got my money back from paypal.

well.
Also this is about a preorder for a game that wasnt supposed to be region locked, but then was.
You will never have any issues buying a game there otherwise, since they clearly say if its locked in any kind (not preorder, i mean the ones in stock).
and consolitis, they have a post on intkeys @ facebook, its not that hard to figure it out lol.

they also changed the description from bf3 limited edition preorder from EU to RU without telling someone.
no refunds either.
thank u paypal for getting me my money back.
i would even buy chinese keys on ebay before i will buy from them again

yeah , show me the shop that refunds used serials.
I asked EA to change my russian extended edition to a limited edition, was done in under 5 minutes ... including back to karkand and all the other stuff ...
And even if you keep the russian EE, its easy as hell to change to english version.
...oh some people ...

no i pre ordered a eu version.
few hours before they were sending keys i went to the page again.
suddenly the eu version was a ru version + eu version out of stock.
don't tell me they do something like that without any purpose.
all this has nothing to do with ea chat.
i know its possible to change versions, the first few weeks u could easily scam keys without a legit copy from ea chat.
still i ordered a eu version and they wanted to send me a ru version.
....oh some people....

while obviously im not clear , what exactly happened in your case (and im not working for intkeys either lol), i myself worked in retail and other places with clients and i have seen a lot of bs from them, telling "their side" of what happened lol.
But again, i dont know what happened and i only have "your side" of the story, so its rather biased.
But hey, dont buy games from there, not like anyone is forcing you now. Also my positive experiences with them outdue your bad one by far.
