i have tryed out mpegable live but did not work i have no ides left m8´s

What do you mean exactly? Xvid is part of the ISO standard MPEG4.

ok m8 need to encode some stuff to fit in my mobile so i need a prog thets encode Avi files and Xvid to mpeg4

uhm... Xvid IS mpeg4... you can play Xvid on any mpeg 4 device pretty much, and your not going to get much smaller than Xvid...

If you want something smaller then xvid look out for a app that makes xvid 2 wmv

You cannot play XviD on all device for ex on mobile devices. UFoo, mobiles use the quicktime codec together with the .MP4 container. Quicktime pro should do the job. It may be possible that you will need to encode it to raw avi first with virtualdub if Quicktime pro doesn't take XviD. Adobe Premiere may also encode the movie to .mp4 (quicktime format).
