hi guys!! didn't checked if this was discussed allready... i am a lazy ass! Razz

i use two e-mail accounts that are pop3, so i can downloaded the whole content to my outlook.

this is what i was doing, with my laptop. but, now, i have a desktop and i would like to keep also my outlook there up to date, with the same info as in all the emails.

should be easy i guess... but i don't have a single clue how to do it.

any ideas?

thx mates!!! Very Happy

You should use IMAP instead of POP3.

you export everything first from outlook. I usually export it all to .pst (contacts and folders). Then you set up your pop and smtp settings according to your isp and import the .pst back.

Oh and in new outlook 2010 you have to go to file->open and you'll see import/export settings...

With IMAP this is no problem, both clients just synchronize the same content (or you specify which, if you only want certain folders to be synchronized).
